Voltic may collect personal data of visitors to the https://www.voltic.global website (hereinafter referred to as the website) and/or users of the Edrive mobile application (hereinafter: the mobile application).
This website and mobile application are operated by Voltic.
This privacy policy outlines the type of information we collect, and how we use and protect it.
This policy tells you what to do if you do not want your personal information being collected when you visit the website and/or use the mobile application, and how you can change the information you have already provided to us. This privacy policy does not apply to banners, sweepstakes and other advertisements or promotions we may sponsor or participate in on websites owned by third parties.

KINDS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The personal data that Voltic may collect and/or process are: first and last name of the visitor/user and address of residence and/or domicile of the visitor/user.

This data is used only to get anonymous statistical information about the use of the website and/or mobile application and to check its correct performance and is deleted immediately after processing. The data might be used to investigate responsibilities, should there be any data processing offenses against the website.

Voltic informs the user that he/she has the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of his/her personal data or restriction or objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability or to withdraw the consent given by addressing Voltic with a written communication to the address of Voltic (Milentija Popovića 5v/34, 11070 Beograd) or by sending an email to info@voltic.rs to the attention of the Data Protection Officer, always providing a copy of the identification document or any other document proving it. Voltic reserves itself the right to verify at any time the truthfulness of the personal data provided by the Participant.
